How long has premature ejaculation been hurting the quality of your life? How long has it been damaging your relationships? How long has it been since you felt confident before, during, and after making love? What if you could be in control?
No matter how long it’s been, it’s time for you to take your life back.
Today is the day that you start to feel confident again.
With premature ejaculation out of the way, you and your partner will feel like you’ve discovered an amazing, bright existence—an entirely new way of making love. Every day can feel like the start of an exciting journey for your life and your relationships.
What would you give to have that?
I know what you’re thinking right now. That I’m overly enthusiastic. That premature ejaculation has dogged you for too long. That there is no way to make the problem go away. That when you’re in that bedroom, wanting to give your partner the most incredible, long lasting sex in all of human history, that there’s nothing worse than knowing that you can’t. That you feel so alone.
Well, not anymore!

According to the American Academy of Family Physicians,
“premature ejaculation affects 21 to 33 percent of men”
and is the...
“most common type of male sexual dysfunction”
And thanks to the efforts of literally thousands of researchers, doctors, nurses, volunteers, psychologists, sexual-, and hypno-therapists, there are dozens of methods for treating premature ejaculation. I’d like to take a look at them with you.
But first, let’s address one very important thing...
If your premature ejaculation is related in any way to a spinal cord injury or epilepsy, you really need to speak with your healthcare provider before you try anything else. This is also the case if you have schizophrenia, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, or hypoglandism. This is actually a small fraction of the number of men who are determined to overcome premature ejaculation. But the fact is that if you’ve got any of the problems I just listed, chances are that nothing else will work for you until the underlying medical problem is treated. Once you’ve gotten your doctor’s go-ahead, come back to this site. We’ll be glad to help you.
Let’s discuss some of those methods of controlling premature ejaculation. They include drugs, psychological therapies, and non-professional treatments. I’ll start with the drugs...
Pharmacological Methods of Controlling Premature Ejaculation
In physician’s circles, drugs for controlling premature ejaculation seem like they’re all the rage. In fact, Mental Health Business Week called the newest pill being tested “A Novel Treatment of Premature Ejaculation”. No doubt about it, doctors like pills.
Don’t get me wrong! I don’t believe for a second that doctors are bad people. Some of my best friends are doctors. But they don’t have time to sit in their office with you for thirty to sixty minutes every week for the next three months talking your problems out with you. You probably couldn’t afford it anyway. I know I can’t. So they write you a prescription, send you to the pharmacy and tell you to come back in six months. That’s the way the system works, and for most minor medical problems, it’s fine.
But as a system for treating premature ejaculation, it sucks. Research has found again and again that simply prescribing pills for sexual problems—including erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and even vaginal problems affecting women—almost never solves the problem! In nearly every case, the problem is psychological—it has to be dealt with in the patient’s mind.
So if you do go to your doctor and ask him or her for a prescribed method of controlling premature ejaculation, here’s what the research shows you can expect. You’ll wind up with a pill, a cream, or a spray. Each one has advantages and disadvantages.
Pills
For about ten years, doctors have prescribed a specific group of antidepressants to help men control premature ejaculation. They are known as Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors, or SSRIs. I could explain how they work, but it would take too long to do it here. Your doctor will have several options to choose from. The newest one, which is nearing approval right now, is called Dapoxetine. The reason he or she will probably choose this one for you is simple—it works 30 minutes after you take it. After that, you have about 2 hours to get the love-making done before it wears off. How well does it work?
The answers are right in the manufacturer’s own clinical test data. They set it up so that some of the subjects got a sugar pill, some got a 30mg dose of the drug, and some got a 60mg dose. To make it easy for us all to judge the results of this method of controlling premature ejaculation, I’ll put it in a table.
|
Sugar Pill |
30mg dose |
60mg dose |
Increase in time between penetration and ejaculation |
1 minute, 51 seconds |
2 minutes, 45 seconds |
3 minutes, 21 seconds |
Side effects |
Less than 1 percent |
8.7 percent |
20.1 percent |
What does this mean?
It means that even the subjects who were taking the highest “safe” dose of the drug only got a minute an a half of improvement more than the ones who just took a sugar pill! And as soon as they stopped taking the pill, the effect was gone. On top of that, they had to deal with the negative side effects.
This trial focused on the short term side effects—nausea, headache, and diarrhea for the most part. For one out of ten men using the low dose, and one out of five using the larger dose, the side effects were bad enough to affect their quality of life. For half of those who experienced side effects, they were bad enough to lead the subjects to quit the study.
If you plan to use an SSRI as a method of controlling premature ejaculation, you also need to consider the known long-term side effects. Fifteen to twenty percent of patients who take them over long periods will experience chronic insomnia, often requiring a second prescription. Other side effects include lethargy, weight gain, and, you guessed it, erectile dysfunction.
Of course you have to make the decision that’s right for you, and it’s not my job to tell you what that is. But for me, spending my hard earned money for a drug that’s not going to help much more than a sugar pill would, while at the same time risking my comfort and health, doesn’t seem like a very good deal. What do you think?
Topical Creams and Sprays
There are other drug-based methods for controlling premature ejaculation.
They include creams and sprays that are applied to the penis ten minutes to one hour before making love. There are literally dozens of these on the market throughout the world. While they all have different ingredients, they pretty much all work the same way—by making the penis less sensitive. In effect, they reduce the amount of feeling and pleasure you will get from having sex. On the upside, the sex usually lasts longer.
The most effective topical method of controlling premature ejaculation, by far, is Severance Secret-Cream. Here’s the bad news—it’s only legal in Korea. Why would it be illegal everywhere else? You guessed it. The side effects. Not only does it smell bad, but it also has nearly a 1 in 5 chance of giving the genitals of your self and your partner a really great post-sex burning sensation. That’s bound to improve your time in the bedroom.
The most effective topical treatment you can legally buy is lidocaine-prilocaine cream. This one you apply to the head of your erect penis. Then you have to keep it erect for another 20 minutes before having actual sex. You have to do this because a condom has to cover it the whole time. The good news is that most men last much longer in bed the very first time they use it. Here’s the problem, though—in the largest clinical study, only 11 out of 42 men reported “great” or “excellent” results from the treatment. One fourth of the original participants didn’t even wait to give their final evaluation. They just dropped out.
Why, you ask?
Fair question...
The authors of the study don’t say. What they do list as common side effects are loss of feeling in the penis, retarded ejaculation, and irritation. How does that sound to you?
If you have your mind set on using a drug your doctor prescribes as your chosen method of controlling premature ejaculation, go right on ahead. Chances are that you’ll see at least some results in the beginning. They might even be smashingly good—at first. I just don’t recommend that you plan to use them long term, and for one simple reason. The longer you use any of these drugs, the more likely you are to run into side effects, some of which can really damage both your sex life and the whole rest of it.
Fortunately, there are also psychotherapeutic methods available. Let’s talk about them, too...

Psychotherapeutic Methods of Controlling Premature Ejaculation
Probably the best known of these is the method developed by Masters and Johnson back in the late sixties and early seventies. Masters and Johnson theorized that the primary causes of premature ejaculation were psychological, and mostly related to performance anxiety or sexual conditioning early in life.
Over the last couple of decades, they’ve mostly been proven right.
As a result of all this, there are clinics and sex therapists all over Europe and North America that specialize in treating premature ejaculation using the methods they developed. Just about every couple that completes the program sees a marked improvement.
Here’s what it involves:
First you need a partner with whom you are in a long-term intimate relationship, who also has the time and inclination to attend treatment sessions with you. Treatment lasts a minimum of eleven weeks. Both partners meet with therapists individually and together. They are then expected to practice the communication and sexual techniques they learn. If both partners do not complete the program, the chances of improvement diminish dramatically. It is also quite expensive. But like I said, for couples who have the time, money, mutual support, and complete the program together it, nearly always works.
There are numerous other psycho-sexual therapeutic methods of controlling premature ejaculation, and they vary from therapist to therapist. Some are obviously going to be more effective than others. Some will work for a majority of men who try them and others will work for none of them. Before you choose a therapist, do your homework.
Ask him or her what his or her success rate is. Ask how many sessions will be required. Ask if your partner is also expected to attend. Ask if he or she can show you references and/or testimonials. And if it doesn’t work, can you expect a refund? These are all questions any professional therapist with a good track record should be able to answer.
Non-Professional Methods of Controlling Premature Ejaculation
We’ve all heard of most of these. Some of them are degrading. Others are downright comical. Some of them work, but reduce the quality of our relationships, our quality of life, and the quality of the sex we have. They include:
Biting your lip or cheek during intercourse.
Drinking alcohol before having sex (this can be fun every now and then, but not if you do it every time)
Masturbating before having sex.
Thinking non-erotic thoughts during sex. Reciting the names of the players on your favorite sports team, for example. Sounds like great fun to me.
Applying ice to the penis before sex. If you haven’t tried this, don’t. I knew a young man who tried this a few years back. He said that when he finally managed to become erect, it was quite painful.
Taking drugs before having sex.
Using more than one condom. You know, so you can’t feel anything.
Gritting your teeth. Watch out—this one promotes tooth decay.
I warned you, didn’t I? These methods can make the men who use them seem downright pathetic. Some of them really do work a little. But they all have the same downside. Instead of improving the sex you’re having, they distract you from it. Instead of increasing your enjoyment and control, they take directly away from it. Would you rather be distancing yourself from your partner and the incredible sex you can and should be having, or would you rather be more in tune and in-the-moment than you have ever been?
What is the Best Method of Controlling Premature Ejaculation?
There’s one more method I’d like to tell you about today. You don’t have to go to a doctor to get it. You don’t have to spend weeks seeing a therapist. You won’t have to deal with negative side effects from it—no nausea, headaches, sleep disturbances, or an ever-worsening numbness—or burning—in your genitals. If your partner wants to know what you’re doing and wants to help out, great! But if not, you don’t have to worry, because this is something you can do on your own.
Imagine the look on your partner’s face when you are having the mind blowing sex you’re capable of! ...
...Now imagine making love like that every time you want to...
...Without having to get drunk or bite your lip... Imagine being able to focus completely on your partner and your own sensations every time you make love, without a single moment of hesitation or anxiety to get in the way.
What would that be worth to you?
I’d like to offer you the same method that worked for hundreds of men, and it’s available right on this website.
It’s a program based self Hypnosis, developed by one of Europe’s leading Hypnotherapists,Simon Edwards.
He’s earned several licenses over the years, and there’s a lot of letters that come after his name. If you’d like to see them, they are: DABCH, MCAHyp, MHS, FMHPA, and MHA. What do these letters mean? That Mr. Edwards knows his stuff. In fact, he is willing to put his reputation on the line to help any man who is struggling with premature ejaculation.
Why?
Because this method works.
I know what you’re thinking—it might not work for you. I understand how you feel. It’s good to be cautious. But Hypnotherapy has worked for literally millions of people struggling with all sorts of different problems, from uncontrollable smoking to chronic insomnia and anxiety, even irritable bowel syndrome. Now there is a Hypnotherapy treatment, developed by a genuine professional, available as a method of controlling premature ejaculation as well.
With this method:
But here’s the best part—I guarantee that it will work for you.
You will start to see the improvement you want. You will start lasting longer in bed during sex. You will be able to give your partner the amazing orgasms she craves. All the while, you’ll enjoy every moment of it, or you’ll get your money back. Ask your doctor, psychologist, or pharmacist if they’ll do that. I bet they won’t.
So now that you’ve read this far, I’m going to ask you to take the next step...
